How does a first-time cupsleeve order work?

No worries — we make it easy!

1️⃣ Place your cupsleeve order on our website
2️⃣ You’ll receive our official template + instructions
3️⃣ Choose your design option:
  • Design it yourself using our template
  • OR request our design service (extra fee)
4️⃣ Email your Canva link or file to onepandastudio@gmail.com
5️⃣ We send a digital proof for approval
6️⃣ Once approved, we print and ship your order

What size are your cupsleeves?

Our cupsleeves are 10.5 inches long and fit 16–24 oz tapered cups.
⚠️ They do not fit oval cups — only tapered cup styles.

What is the minimum order?

• Standalone cupsleeve orders: 30 pcs minimum

• Split designs: 50 pcs minimum per design

​

Can I split my order into multiple designs?

Yes! Split orders are allowed as long as each design has at least 50 pieces.

​

Do you offer design services?

Yes! If you don’t want to design your cupsleeve, we offer professional design services for an additional fee.

Just send us your theme, text, inspiration, or event details — and we’ll create a custom design for you!

How long does production take?

• Weekdays: 1–2 business days

• Weekends: 2–4 days

(Processing begins after design approval.)

 

Do you offer Rush orders?

Yes! Rush orders are available for an additional $8 fee and must be ready to print with proof approved that same day before 1 pm for it to be shipped out that same day.

(Availability may vary — please plan ahead for event dates!)

Are you responsible for shipping delays or lost packages?

Once your order ships, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages caused by USPS or UPS.
Carrier delays, weather issues, or transit problems are outside our control.

Can I design my own cupsleeves?

Yay, we’re so happy you’re ready to design! 
Just make sure your design follows our official template — we only work with our templates to ensure the highest production quality.

How do I get the template?

You can:

• Purchase a cupsleeve order (template + instructions included)

• Purchase the template-only listing

How do I submit my design?

What design software works with the template?

Honestly… almost anything! ✨
Our PNG template works across most design programs and is meant to guide layout.

Should the template appear in my final design?

Nope! The template is for guidance only and should NOT appear in your final file.

​

Will I get a proof before printing?

Yes! We’ll send a digital proof for your approval before production begins 💌

​

What format should I submit?

Best formats for high-quality printing:
✅ PNG
✅ PDF

What resolution should my images be?

Use high-resolution images (300 PPI) for crisp, clean prints.

Also, remember that the images you see on your design are blown up, and when printed, they will be smaller! Bigger images look sharper than smaller icons (this is mainly on photos of people). Keep it bigger than 2 inches for better results!

What color mode should I use?

Design in CMYK for the most accurate print colors.
⚠️ Neon / RGB colors cannot be fully matched in CMYK inks.

Please understand that the colors you see on the screen do not always match the production colors. If that is an issue for you, you can request color matching for an additional fee.

Will colors look the same as on my screen?

Colors may vary depending on your screen.
We recommend exporting a CMYK PDF to preview closer to final print colors.
